Our Council is made up of fifteen members, including nurses, midwives, community members and a legal member.

We manage complaints about the clinical care and treatment, professional behaviour or health of registered nurses and midwives in NSW.

We manage complaints about the conduct, performance and health of registered health practitioners and students in NSW.

Complaints are concerns about the care, treatment or behaviour of a registered health practitioner.

Our mission To protect public safety and maintain professional standards through the effective regulation of nurses and midwives and the development of collaborative relationships.
