Complaint Handling Policy
This policy establishes procedures for responding to complaints concerning:
- the Council’s operations
- the Council's policies
- the Council's procedures
- member conduct
- access to information
- quality of service.
It provides guidelines and a process for managing complaints and the internal monitoring of complaint handling and outcomes.
Conflict of Interest Policy
This Policy states the Council's position in relation to conflict of interest to protect the integrity of decisions and activities, and outlines the appropriate action to take when such situations occur.
Council Member Handbook
The Handbook for Council, Committee and Panel Members has been developed to provide information in the context of the role and function of Council, Committee and Panel Members.
The handbook includes information about the Law, Ministerial and Governor appointments, governance and HPCA support functions.

Learning and Development Policy, Procedure and Form
This policy outlines our position on the professional development and learning to be undertaken by members to support effective decision-making and administration of the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law (NSW).
This policy and form replaces the previous Learning and development policy and Funding of professional development policy and form.
Member Remuneration and Payment Policy and Forms
This policy and procedures describe members’ entitlements and the payment of fees and expenses in accordance with the requirements of legislation and NSW Government policies, circulars and guidelines.

The Handbook includes information about HPCA administrative functions and staffing policies.
Travel Policy - HPCA and Councils
This policy applies to HPCA staff and to members appointed under the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law (NSW) (the Law) who may be required to undertake travel on official business.
